200g Chicken liver
1 bunch of garlic chives
1 whole white spring onion
100g bean sprouts
1 tsp ginger
5g Takanotsume
Seasoning:
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/3 tsp Sake
Hint of chili bean sauce
Hint of garlic
20g whole egg
3 tbsp potato starch
Vegetable oil, as needed
Sauce:
1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
1.5 tsp Tamari soy sauce
1.5 tsp Chinese rice wine
2.5 tsp sugar
1.5 tbsp Chinese sop
2 tsp water-mixed potato starch
1 tbsp chili oil
