I adore this routine. It’s so great that you emphasise this is maintenance rather than a competition (even with yourself). I’m prepping for the Chester marathon and this has been so valuable in helping my recovery

As a 19 year old half marathon record holder for my country Bulgaria for juniors 72 min (1:12) I find the strength routine and the yoga routine really valuable! Amazing content Machine!

Keep striving to be better and represent your country proudly. You're a record holder, you should be proud of that and don't stop even if you're the best. never. Go for the record in Balkan Countries and after that for Europe. You got a lot ahead of you and are just getting started

Loved this! I've always loved yoga, I just feel really good mentally and physically after, but I'm trying to customize it for my running. Looking forward to trying your strength workouts too.

Thanks man, love seeing all the little bits and peices you do that have worked for you. You really are quite tight, which is good to see haha you don't have to be amazing at everything abd perhaps its not optimal for a runner to be more flexible than average.

I tried running a 50 miler. Only did 30 because I pulled my groins because not stretching enough. I know I have the stamina, just have to focus on stretching

This is my daily morning routine from 6 years i get some flexibility is i am doing since long time u can also try different pose that will work well also can incorporate some breathing exercises before start of yoga poses

I tried a plant based diet for 3 weeks and felt a lot better and lighter. My running times were better. I realised that I feel heavier whenever I get back on a meat diet. Is this something you've experienced or come across before? My change is diet was not for my running. I just happened to realise I felt and ran better in that period.

Both, after run is always really important to stretch, and stretching on rest day could be a good addition if you have the time for it
