Take it from a man who was gaslighted for 15 years by a nasty wife - This is all absolutely true. I made the mistake of thinking my wife would see my kindness as love and loyalty. She saw my kindness as weakness. She had no respect for me and treated me like crap. Well, now she knows she's one fuckup from getting her a$$ tossed onto the street. @@user-pd1mi5bf8m I spent a long time trying to figure that out. I think it's because I was raised by a mom I love and respected, and I thought that a husband should treat his wife with equal respect. Big mistake. Life isn't a f-cking Disney movie. Plus, my dad could be terrifying, and most of the stress in the house came through him, so between my mom and dad I was trained to think all the problems in a marriage came through the husband. Thus, when my wife acted like a spoiled teenager (and then afterwards she'd blame her outburst on how "her dad treated her when she was younger," which was a huge red flag that I knew about, but for some reason I never applied it to her), I thought I had done something wrong.

Men in my culture are respected but in return they create a safe, place and the woman are equal. Now the woman are submissive to the men however we fight and work beside them as equals and neither gender is disrespectful to the other. The woman are the nurturers and we run to home. I've been in both a healthy (currently in a 1 and a half year relationship) and toxic relationship with women and this is what you need to know: - You need to VALUE YOURSELF more than you value your partner - You need to be okay with walking away (It's so difficult once you build an attachment but if you can get to a place where you can do this, then you will be okay) - Although equal, someone has to carry the relationship and that's your duty as the man if you want to earn and keep that respect from her but most importantly from YOURSELF. - If you are a really masculine man, you need to find a woman that fully embraces her feminine qualities. Being a man or a woman does not automatically mean that you are able to show these qualities so it takes work and really getting to know yourself. - Do NOT try to please her ALL the time - it won't work. - Say NO - Be gentle but firm - Allow her space to miss you, even if you live in the same house - Focus on yourself, your journey, and your purpose - Don't stop her from doing the things she wants to do that you are not happy with. What you need to do is always be ready to have a conversation with her as to what is bothering you but not in an emotional way. It's in a very gentle but yet firm way. It's not an argument but rather a discussion. - Stop bothering her all of the time - have a life - SPACE, SPACE, SPACE - trust is not 'I need to know what or where you are going all the time' but rather 'I trust this person enough for me not to worry about that' - If she makes a mistake, let it be known and help her correct it - If she is disloyal or talks negatively about you or to you, walk away and never look back.

@@andycook433 This is why in the ancient world, most simply waited until women were a thing they could afford to have. You are seeing this coming back in force today, but using Rome as an example, men would not take a wife until after their required campaigns for being Roman citizens and establishing themselves financially. Legionary campaign requirements for the Republican phase was 10 years or 10 campaigns, whichever was longer, and then they would return to operate either their family enterprise or engage in politics (I speak of the upper classes here, the patricians and equites -- plebeians were usually too poor to set anything up, so they simply married when they wished. Funny how poverty then, as now, mirror one another perfectly.) So throw in another decade for good measure, assume most military careers began around 15-16, and you have your magical age of most male consent: 36. The average woman in this time period, as in most ages, was to be wed as early as possible (the idea of children is a 19th century Piaget idea; up to then they were simply seen as 'little adults'), hence the tradition of a 14 year old woman marrying someone nearly 40. Why so young? Childbirth was the #1 killer of women, and most kids did not live to see two years of age. If your society was based on lineage and inheritance for property rights (as most in the world were), you *had* to have the most chances for viable offspring to live to old age as possible. Thus, women were more often than not used as a means to an end, and in many societies, as property. They literally had only one purpose.

@@ashuranero5721 Cultural marxism is the ideology of Western radical left. You may have noticed terms like "cultural appropriation", "systemic racism", "patriarchy" and "white supremacy" thrown around; it's basically a new coat of paint over the old marxist idea of class struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie that should result in an inevitable global revolution. This is why the lefties support the ongoing riots in the US for example, as they think only in terms of the "oppressed" and the "oppressors". Labeling someone as part of the "oppressors", by using terms like "fascist", "racist", "sexist", "rapist", "white supremacist" etc. is one of their favorite tactics, as these labels don't have to be proven in order to damage someone's reputation, especially when coming from a member of the "oppressed" such as women and black people (or basically everyone who isn't a straight white man).

Fear the man who has power in will and thought. Power in social constructs, the ability to command armies, and the confidence and bravery of a lion. Fear the man whose voice spreads wise words and can be a threat to your existence by merely looking at you. Fear the man whose eyes are sharp like a serpent. His every footstep is elegant and powerful. To Quote Gabriel Angelos: "Walk softly and carry a big gun." Maybe this sounds a little extreme but I want you to philosophically think about how you approach life. Then think how you can convey the same kinds of powers I mentioned. Every time a woman has left me, it's because she has felt absolutely no threat from me whatsoever. I am a woman and I want a man who other men (and women) are fearful of, not because he is aggressive or short tempered, but because he is brave, confident, assertive and "man" enough so no one tries to harm or bully him and his family. I think the word "fear" is not perfect for this, but I do understand the concept. It's similar to how the bible says for christians for fear God. It's a respect type of thing, rather than a fear that creates aversion. I hate starting sentences like this but _As a black man_ (😬lol😅) I know what it's like for people to see you and have one of their first reactions be fear. Fear without a certain sense of familiarity and/or desire doesn't breed attraction. Someone else said it already but Professor Dr. JBP does a good job using the idea of being dangerous. A homeless man whole looks jumped up on stimulants is scary and not at all attractive, as they're unpredictable and undesirable. The big, country boy who kinda sounds like "yerda/yerpa/your-father" and drives his truck over the speed limit every time he sees straight way or is on the highway- that can be very attractive yet dangerous. That's perhaps a type of fear but there ought to be a new word to differentiate...
@breakingthemasks
@breakingthemasks 4 жыл бұрын
Agreed.... Fear alone isn't enough to explain it. Fear is one factor in the equation. And the different factors can be in different amounts and still work. E.g. hot level 9 plus fear level 6 plus funny level 4 = attractive. But also hot 8 fear 7 funny 2 can work, etc

Then you'll be having no women at all. To explain briefly I'll use an example someone already used here in the comments: it's the same kind of fear children have for their parents. When a child stops fearing their parents they will openly misbehave. That bit of fear a child has for the parent is necessary. And if you know enough, you are aware that women are basically children. They behave quite similarly.

I think fear in this context is more of a respect than physical fear. When a woman says she fears a man, it's because he's physically abusive or she fears he will be. That is never good for a relationship. Only messed up women stay in relationships like that. But what you are explaining is very accurate. Women want to look up to a man. They want a man with backbone. Not a loose cannon with a bad temper. But a calm, cool, collected, Don Draper type of man.

Last friday I broke up with my now ex-girlfriend. (1.5 years) I'm doing everything you say in this video. It fits my character naturally. However all my life I hear from women that i'm to dominant in the relationship. Some broke up with me over this fact. Sometimes I broke up with them because they gave me this feeling I'm like a tirant or something. Last friday I gave up on a very lovely good hearted women. She always treated me with respect and kindness. However during our last fallout she started saying things like: I can't be myself around you. You are the reason I'm angry all the time to other people. I don't feel happy. This was the first time she did so. I told her I was going to keep my dignity and I left. She's not going to disrespect me like that. Now she has alot of regrets and told me a few days later that it did not make any sense for her to say that. As a well self-respecting individual with a good amount of self esteem I'm just tired of hearing this stuff. I always mean well in a relationship. The women im with are always left behind better than they were before they met me in many aspects. They definatley have always feared me. That's why they normally never disrespect me. I never touched them or hit them or played mental games to play them. So its sort off in conflict with your message. I do however totally agree to not be a push over in a relationship or in life in general but It seems for me this is where my relationships always fail.

Thank you, AG. Fantastic topic. The skies opening up as you opined amidst nature, is akin to the many tears shed over your use of the charged word, Fear. Yet there is such a thing as healthy fear. Enduring the potential consequences of actions we take makes us fearful of taking those actions - healthy fear. We learn then to respect those consequences and steer clear of those actions. If anyone watches and listens to the message in the video, this will become evident by AG’s 3rd point (or by the general discourse of the channel if you are a regular). In my opinion, Alex has earned the status of someone to be respected enough to be heard. Status is ultimately what is under discussion here. You should be working on yourself to cultivate within yourself the leadership and resilience that lead to wisdom, which may well see you arrive at the internal abundance of earned confidence (self-esteem). This includes curating academic as well as anecdotal knowledge of people from all walks of life (this will inform you). Traveling this road will make others wary of your status, inward and outward, and may lead to respect (some will challenge this status to test its validity, which is where resilience serves you well). She must be wary of you to a certain degree (satisfies also the need for some mystery and excitement). You cannot become a conquered commodity to her that can be exploited (you’ve lost frame and respect once you do). You must demonstrate leadership over yourself before you can expect her to entertain electing you to a position of meaning in her life. The beast in you must remain elusive, yet it must be there, most importantly to be leveraged in service of the pairing. Yeah, you have to show you have fight in you and that it will be used for her, and potential children - safety and security. She can respect that and you if she regards this as a need you can meet. It’s not about a physical fear or intimidation, these are the purview of the weak and flaccid. It’s about doing the work to cultivate inner strength and developing the inner rock that can be employed to gently direct the course of rivers that flow around it or roughly bludgeon threats. This measured aggression is vital when in service of a pairing and utterly disastrous if deployed against each other. My best to you and yours. Looking forward to your next.

You call it fear, I call it respect. Two sides to the same coin. This is also an explanation to why women like bad boys. It’s a misplaced devotion that has roots in exactly what Alexander is talking about here. Women biologically desire the dominant male figure. Bad boy comes along and it’s this drive (and Beauty and the Beast programming) that propels her to him. For myself, I know I am drawn to feisty men, and the intrigue persists if he’s also principled. Someone who has the ability to exert the savage, but knows when and where to use it.

One Truth agreed! Back before the feminist movement that gained momentum in the 60’s changed everything. Birth control pill was also introduced, and women started agreeing to sex outside marriage. Everything changed after the 50’s. I think the 50’s man is a good goal for a man to emulate.

D Bradley very well said. I was also thinking about fearing God in relation to this topic, so I’m glad you included this. We’re so prideful as a culture to think that God is only love and that we deserve that love just because. The reality is that we could all be crushed in an instant, and it’s only God’s love for us that keeps us safe and we should not take that for granted. It doesn’t mean we walk around being fearful, just that the reality is understood.

@@kimmywimmy7305 ... Fear, or respect ... The definitions are not identical. On what way does a thug command respect? Can you analyse it well enough to articulate it? How does the thug act, that makes you respect him. And this needs to be specific. I have some ideas, but I don't want to pollute your analysis. The things *behavior*, either towards you or towards others ... What exactly is he doing. Thanks

This is really interesting and insightful -- I completely agree, as I have never used fear and have transcended fear for far too long through practice from childhood and valued intelligent and calculative much more. And that is the path that has pushed me in a direction that keeps women away from me, as they feel that I am far more independent enough for their liking and they cannot hook on to me.

12:00 I was only listening not watching, like a podcast. When I heard the rain I freaked out, whipped off the headphones and ran outside to grab the laundry. took me a good 1-2 seconds to realize there was no rain.

The very insightful Alexander Grace! A sad truth on the "competitive plane": If you can beat other men in the group, then the women in that group won't mess with you. I still assert men should cooperate more than compete.

This is great, this approach got me through my wife's HRT experimental phase (about a year) before she settled down to a good regime and back to her old self (phew). Even if you have a bit of leeway with a reasonable woman, is best to have a buffer of 'fear' or 'respect' or whatever you want to call it to help you through the tough times.
