If you are inclined to make your tomato pasta sauce at home, add pre-cooked, tough meat and allow your sauce to simmer on low for a good, long time. The acid from the tomatoes will make even the toughest meat very tender!

DO THIS FIRST!! After you cut the cabbage, and add onion drizzle it with olive oil and bake it in a 400° oven for 6-10 minutes depending on thickness then continue the recipe that way you will have perfectly cooked cabbage and meat, etc.!!!

Люди возмущаются , что весь процесс нарезки показывается. Возможно, это для молодых хозяек, а вы поставьте на перемотку. А рецепт мне понравился, только соус лишний. А так похоже на пиццу, только без муки. И никаких жиров. Все тушится, а не жарится. Другие рецепты такого вида более калорийные. Вообщем, спасибо.

Попробовал данный рецепт. Сразу скажу, что пропорции в ролике и в реале отличаются, то есть написано, 50мл, а по объему вылитого там все 100-150 мл. Рис сверху был сухой, покрылся как бы коркой на весь противень, внутри рис сильно отдает крахмалом, хотя и сохранил форму, но на зубах рассыпается чуть ли не в порошок. Рис готовить отдельно, без вариантов, или заменить на картофель. Мясо сверху почернело, снизу выглядело просто варёным. Вкус на 4 из 5. Считаю, что из-за маринада мясо стоит приготовить, но рис однозначно заменить или убрать.

Achtung an alle Deutschen! In der Zutatenliste steht eindeutig HARTKÄSE! Wie man im Video allerdings entnehmen kann wird hier ganz normaler Käse verwendet (ich vermute Gouda) Das macht nen gewaltigen Unterschied, da Hartkäse zum backen absolut nicht geeignet ist ! Außerdem fehlt auf der Liste auch die Mayonnaise, welche im Video vorkommt. Glücklicheres hatten wir die Zutaten zu Hause, aber ärgerlich kann es werden !
