girrrrlll…. I turned 40 this year and decided to chill out on the heavy weights for the sake of my bone density… so I’ve been combining a couple of your workouts after I do cardio in the stairmill and girl, I am seeing results like never before!!!! Thank you 🙏 ❤

Protein isn’t the end all be all. But for reference a portion of protein (beans, meat, tofu, etc.) equivalent to the size of your fist to each meal is a good place to start
