I love your workout videos.. I do them at home and they are mostly easy to follow. I would like to see some options suited for my bigger body ( even if it is more simple or less stress on my joints)Thank you for this video as well .

I burned 175 calories w this and did it the second time and burned 160. Just 40 mins and I burned 335 calories oml

Everyone has different strength, but women don't have to drop their knees when doing push-ups or doing it in similar exercises just writing to those women who can do this without lowering And I know perfectly that this woman just does what she convenient, it's just that it's probably not very good to follow
