50 seconds working with 10 seconds rest.
10 minutes of weights & 10 minutes of rebounding. This series is so great, make sure you challenge yourself with the weights, Claire is using two 4kg (8.8lbs) dumbbells and two 3kg (6.6lbs) dumbbell.
