I'm speaking from my own experiences coming from an abusive home and entering into relationships with abusive people here, but after a certain point you start looking at it like, "Well the bad times aren't that bad, are they?" It becomes familiar to be in this position, and getting out of it seems more of a hassle. Add onto that the pressure of being a celebrity, it's just hard, I think.

Will has said he came from a broken home and he didn’t want to do that to his kids.

Both kids are grown now, so that's not a reason anymore. Sad thing is, I feel like even if he leaves, she won't shut up. Her thirst for attention is so off putting.

There are lots of possible reasons, it's probably many things rolled up into one. 1) Messy public divorce would cause drama and could land him losing a good chunk of his wealth and propety (insert rich people losing a fraction of their wealth commentary here) 2) She has dirt on him about something he does not want public and uses it was leverage 3) She is abusive and controlling and he is down brow-beaten he doesn't know how to escape, ask for help or otherwise because of shame,pride or some combo of that. 4) NDAs or possible legal contracts, the Smiths have been known to be somewhat entangled with the shady Scientology or it could simply be a personal documentation of some sort. 5) Most likely, Jada gets some kind of power-high from her ivory tower of a talk-show. She very much has an air of Hollywood elites who are so much more enlightened, intelligent and ahead of the curb of society. It feeds her ego to be some radical talking head and even more so to control a powerful rich man in Hollywood. 6) Will could possibly have some humilitation fetish, but that's a bit more far fetched. He apparently had a wild-sex-life prior to his marriage, came from a broken home. Here you can insert your various Epstein conspiracies or "omg he's gay" stuff. I think this is probably the least likely to be true though. TL;DR Will is too prideful and too ashamed to divorce her, he can't have a perfect picture-esque Hollywood marriage especially for a wealthy black couple he so desires. He's most likely so abused or conditioned he won't fight it. Jada loves the power and ego-feeding her positions holds. They most likely have some weird legal contract with Scientology or some legal-agreement between themselves that makes a formal divorce out of the question. Will perhaps thinks he can 'fix her' and Jada likes having a punching bag.

She is beautiful and as a narcissist she is probably incredibly charming when she wants to be and is no doubt highly manipulative. I think also that Jada triggered a childhood wound in Will that he didn't even understand, and on a subconscious level she was familiar and that registered as "right." Attraction is deeply personal and largely subconscious, and what we consider "chemistry" is all too often rooted in unhealed trauma from our forgotten past.
