Here is my 30 MIN Rebounder HIIT Workout/ CARDIO. This mini trampoline workout builds in intensity and will definitely make you sweat! We will be working hard for 45 secs and actively resting for 15 secs. High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.

Excellent workout videos! I live in Vancouver as well and it's nice to see all the familiar scenery!! Thank you for being so brave and taking your workouts outside! I couldn't even get through half your workout videos and I'm sweating like there's no tomorrow. I've watched so many other rebounding videos and yours is the most straightfoward, no repetition, easy to switch from one move to another, nice music that is not distracting, and no crazy moves. Looking forward to some more and I hope to be able to make it through your workout in one go without taking breaks!!

I am becoming quite fond of this gal. Good, clean easy to follow. May it’s also the fact she represents healthy, realistic body image. Nonetheless, pair this with motivation mix(Spotify),(turn sound down on video down until stretch) and you have a real winner workout! My first time without stopping during workout! This proved to be the most intense rebounder workout I've tried so far and I look forward to checking out more of your videos. Usually, I don't expect much cardio from the rebounder but use it on my light days. I used light hand weights but would have kept up better if I hadn't!

Wow--that was a great challenging cardio workout--just enough downtime between exercises to keep the heart rate up and the sweat dripping! 1-24-24 Agreed on 5-3-24! And again on 7-10-24. Jump squats and 3 min. sprint/jog finish just about finished me!

Hi Kat! Nice to meet you! Yes, I always add my audio after, so my music and vocals is more clear. I don't always do a voice over because it's so time consuming. However, in the videos where I am speaking live, I edit out all the breathing and put a music over top. It's a big job, but soooo worth it! I will have to check out your videos! :)

I cannot believe I haven’t done this one! Such an awesome cardio push. My HRM shows I burned 355 calories...in 30 minutes? I like your commentary, you child of the 80s! I got married the year you were born. Ha. As always, form cues are everything. Teacher (me with ADHA and dyslexia) sets your compound moves to a four count to help it make sense in my head. That’s not easy!!! Thank you, Naomi...I appreciate you.

It’s really sweet that you take the time to reply to comments. That’s another impressive commitment you’re making to grow your challenge. Look how you’re growing...so well deserved!!! In my former life, I was an elementary educator. I’m a girl who learns best when I can move and have an audible. When ya throw in the challenges of ADHD and dyslexia...I’m a hot mess. Ha! No wonder I understand that learning requires work arounds for some of us. The four count is for me, tied to the beat, it settles everything in this brain of mine so I can move & not get stuck in specifics. Did I mention hot mess?! You’re awesome, thanks for fueling the inner athlete in me.

Lover rebounding but haven't done it in about 10 years. Bought a rebounder this week and started your video. It's challenging and I had to do low impact for parts of it. I can't wait to build my strength and stamina. Thank you for a great rebounder workout :)

It is still a good sweat, but it is more grounded and require less coordination that this video. Check it out! It may be a good one to practice while you are getting comfortable bouncing again. Had back/ knee problems for 25 years from football injuries. The rebounder is the best fitness ever since my 20’s totally pain free. And this workout is perfect for me a heartbeat of 132 average with keeping up with you throughout and it does not get easier over time. Love it 💙. Keep up the good work.

This is my go-to rebounder work out. I really enjoy it and can burn up to 300 cals in 30 mins. LOVE IT!

Wonderful cardio/aerobic exercise (even for a 68 year old semi-fit guy from Calgary)! I've tried other Bellicon/Be Fit style videos; they work as warm ups, but your videos are the best for me to hit my cardio/aerobic zone. I may not have your balance with one legged/kicking exercises, but I try to keep up to the best of my older body ability. And, now with the nearby indoor pool closed since mid December, your videos are essential to keep in shape during COVID lockdowns. With your 30 - 45 minute videos at the centre of my daily routine, I complete just over an hour and end with some lighter weight workout. I also like the fact that you don't take unnecessary breaks, and I really appreciate how motivational and encouraging you are. Thanks.

Hi Lolita! Thanks so much for letting me know! I really appreciate it. I do my best to be specific and precise with my instruction. I also put a lot of thought into each workout I create! :) If you have looked through my videos, some are taught live with a headset, as some people prefer this type of instruction. In those classes, I also try and focus on the music and instruction, rather than chatting too much! Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! :) I think my editing has improved since this video!
