The only rule that upsets people is pausing during a solo with metal. The video is personal video clips and the pics are album and singles artwork. This has been my favorite band since 1982.

That is why we are all living in our golden years. We´ll remind it as such in later stages of our life ;) To me this is Iron Maiden´s best song. With a killer guitar solo to wrap it up. Up the Irons!

Had to click off this video because there was some kind of weird echo. Not sure if it's a recording issue or if you were trying to get past some kind of copyright barrier but it sounded awful. Need to do better mate sorry.

It's probably because he didn't turn off his mic while the song was playing. We're getting the recording & the sound of the recording his mic is picking up

Most concerts would have at least 2 bands play, & each would play about 90 minutes. Led Zeppelin concerts were the biggest majority, just them playing, & they’d play 3 to 4 hours nonstop. They loved preforming live, & always gave it all their joy & passion. Their song The Ocean is about their fans in the audience, hearing the oceans roar. The only thing they hated about touring, was leaving their wives & kids for so long, but they gave their fans their all.

I’m so happy seeing so many young people reacting, & loving Led Zeppelin, they really were amazing artists. Robert Plant especially still writes & preforms, he’s made many solo albums, him & Jimmy Page toured together again. My first time seeing your reaction, I hope I see more of LZ reactions from you.
@sicotshit70685 ай бұрын
I think there’s sadness in Roberts voice singing this, I heard in an interview, the other members were worried about preforming it. I’m not sure if that was when preforming live, or preforming it any time, I’m sure it is emotional for him. A sad but beautiful song, & a wonderful tribute to his son.

I totally understand what you mean about his Vocals. I learned that a long time ago in Chorus because you have to Learn Control or You will Never be a Good Vocalist. He actually does it with such Grace it's Amazing, and he has total control over his. I absolutely love this Song. No matter how much I hear it

The music video is showing what was called the war of Britain during ww2. And the speech at the beginning of the song was a famous speech given by Winston Churchill to try and up the spirits of the British people I guess you could see.

I am glad you chose a video that included Churchhill's preworld war 2 speech, I'm not British, but all of the best versions of this song also include this.
@riveredflush11 ай бұрын
I mean, the original studio recording of this song on the Powerslave album didn't include it, I think it wasn't included on an album until their Live After Death album, which was a recording of a concert.

Leave it to a Canadian to have the best song with the dumbest music video of all time. Absolutely LOVE this song, but this video needed a LOT of changes and production quality. Could've been HUGE

the band is very conscious about the imagery and vibe their music can create, they hone into that aspect and write based off of the feeling they're creating. they are unmatched when it comes to making a unique atmosphere for every single one of their songs. also I'd recommend listening to something off of their album Ænima next, stinkfist would be great sorry for the long comment, thanks for checking out my favorite band :)

Yeah the evolution of Tool over literally decades gives a very stark contrast between this song, and something like Undertow. This is kind of a major go-to as a way I would introduce someone to Tool. It clearly demonstrates their sound, while still not being as challenging for the listener as songs like Pneuma, Schism, or Lateralus. Depending on how adventurous you are feeling, I would definitely recommend checking those three out. They all contributed to expanding my musical consciousness greatly.

Continue with TOOL, it's worth it. These you've seen in this video are unrecognizable compared to how they will become later, both for their sound and for their appearance. Just think that about 35 years have passed since this video. Today, to take a simple example of how things are different even at concerts, Maynard sings alongside the drums and even a little further back and is not lit. You can barely see his silhouette in the background thanks to the lighting effects that are colossal. ... You did very well to put the other headset on: for this song it won't make a difference, but for the next ones it will. Try listening to "The Pot" like this again in your spare time and you'll understand at least partially. Next time maybe you should listen to "Invincible" from their last record but anyway they are great! You can choose what you want and since '96 every song is a masterpiece.

I don't normally want to watch a re-reaction but you are on the TOOL path and you are bright with good insight. Keep the reactions to TOOL coming. You have a family with the TOOL army. We never desert you or bully. You interpret how you want to and it's intended that way. Advice, keep lyrics pulled up on phone or whatever and start with all the studio tracks so you don't have distraction and can dive deep. The Danny Carey drum kit live is worth seeing soon though. Spiral out brother!

if you are using obs, change the recording file format to .mkv. it's much harder to corrupt, and is easier to repair than mp4.
