"Can't survive without that woman" My wife and I were together since we were 15, she just died 11 days after her 53rd Birhtday. We have watched you guys for years, sent you a couple Woodchuck's sweatshirts after your Woodchuck episode. I pray you never have to find out.

I would think that they would ding her at the car show more for the SAE bolts instead of metric ones over the misaligned flange gasket.

Hey Eric, they do make an aluminum version of the water outlet valve and the thermostat to. I had a buddy with a 2012 cruze with the 1.4 turbo and we replaced all the coolant hoses and the aluminum thermostat/water outlet valve 👌

Quick question, I’m sitting here with not as much experience so bare with me, he mentions that one of the holes have already been drilled out and can’t do much for it. Would it be a good idea to up the size drill for all bolt holes essentially asking for a slightly wider thread ?

i have always wondered what the difference between a carb certified cat and a normal cat are i understand the difference between the california specific cat and the federal one that has a difference but i have always believed that you are paying for the certification and the part is really the same regardless of the certification so i personally have just purchased the specific direct fit cat for the car i personally avoid a carb certified as they are so much more expensive even if i get a california specific cat it’s cheaper than a carb certified california specific cat so honestly what is the point are we really just paying for them to say it’s made to specific criteria because as good as that is it’s not worth what they are charging

The sparkplug test is not ok, take a closer look at 11:20 min. It misses a couple of random sparkplug sparks, unless my eyes are being deceived by some spell. You missed a symptom right there.

It seems strange to me that there would be no check engine lamp displayed after disconnecting the cam sensor. I guess that's how the engine control module was designed back then.
