Whilst i am an Ezio stan (began with ac2 afterall) i also respect Altair. Ezio wouldnt exist without him, nor would the franchise itself edit. and the 3 games for ezio is true. He does have a major advantage in that we see him from birth to death. 3 faces of adam and all.

For me it’s the entire ezio trilogy & origins are my favorite story wise gameplay wise it’s unity hands down

Brotherhood will always be my favorite. It felt like they did a really good job of carrying over what was good about assassins creed 2 and gave us the Borgias as the villians who are in my opinion one of the more interesting historical enemies that we've had a chance to go up against. I haven't played much past black flag, but it was interesting as I already somewhat knew who the Borgias were and got to see them fleshed out in the game. It added to the element of these games where you feel like you are playing through history even if there's a bunch of Sci fi elements to it. Plus Leonardo da Vinci and his inventions were fun and the multiplayer was so much fun too. I still remember constantly 1 v 1ing my friend and we would just try to stun each other as much as we could.

Ok im not gonna say Valhalla is my favorite, but I do enjoy the game as a whole. Granted its broken in certain ways that was only fixed in time, but its a fun game all around.

The way you dissed Valhalla hurt me. It ain't my favourite (my favourite is 2) but as a mythology lover, I appreciate it. It let me tap into a period of time that I love and into a set of beliefs that I find interesting. Plus male eivor is hot. I can't just ignore his abs and his majestic beard.

Brotherhood: u miss the multiplayer mode more than anyone and miss the adrenaline rush you had when u were running away from ur pursuer in wanted. THIS!!!!!

AC Valhalla: You just binged Vinland Saga and wanted to find a sandbox game with a similar setting.

Ac 2, brotherhood, revelations and the short film of ezio dying was all I needed. I loved the philosophy, setting, story, character development and gameplay.

Oh no, im a black flag lover, and i absolutly despisd the fact that there are so many tailing missions, especally since theyre so flawed, but i also like sydicate due to its humor mixed with a nice map, not the series best, but really nice, and i also love origins, because its a nice switch up from the usual

I remember my first-time playing Odyssey I managed to kill around 20 mercenaries all above my level by constantly dogging & Spartan kicking them off a tower thanks to a brasier they just wouldn't stop coming I was on one hit for the majority of that fight it was so crowded on the top of that tower

AC and AC Origins are my two favorites.

Unity’s parkour is great. I also wish they’d bring back playing with friends like Unity. I liked having roles, and the idea of an Assassin brotherhood was done well because of that

I love Valhalla i like the idea of showing the Assassins allies, that theres more factions and groups at play here then just Templars and Assassins

So, I’m starting to play them all in order. I only ever played black flag, syndicate, and origins in the past. My family had played all but ACIII and Rogue, so I know a lot about those games. After playing AC1, I got a whole new appreciation for the series. Started ACII and I’ve been getting so hyped when I unlock more features that weren’t available to me in AC1. Im both looking forward to and scared of continuing this journey, as the games start to stray from the OG AC and into something else. I like the games, don’t get me wrong, but they have a different feel to me

I will say that out of all of them my favorite is a two way tie between Brotherhood and 3. Brotherhood because, well, it's Brotherhood I don't need to explain. As for 3 holy shit I honestly can't get enough. Yeah the new parkour system that 3 had was a little funky at times, but running around the woods is how I grew up as a kid. Mind you I'm not Connor and wasn't boucing from tree to tree but I uses to climb trees, scale small boulders, look for animals, hunt, fish, that was me. So for the simple fact of 3 letting me be a kid again and doing all the things I loved to do as a kid it will forever hold a special place in my heart

For me its bw ac 2 and black flag but me personally i prefer black flag cause i liked Edward story more than ezio in ac2 loved his acr arc but he was a bit okok as a charecter in ac2

I don't mean to offend anyone but Brotherhood seems extremely overrated to me, it's nothing more than a DLC for ACII, it's the same game but worse in every way.

Honestly I don’t really understand the hate for the Black Flag tailing missions. They were repetitive and a bit annoying at times, but I didn’t think they were that bad 🤷‍♂️

Odyssey was kind of a dream for me. Being able to have my own Greek demigod when God of War was the only other option. I liked having choices to make the game feel like my own while getting to stealth around and kill people. I didn't like that I couldn't knock people out but I got the Isu staff that does that so it worked out

If your favorite is Origins, Odyssey, or Valhalla you don’t like AC you just like RPGs 🤦‍♂️ Unity and Syndicate lacked in the story but the direction for parkour and combat was the best it had been in the series. Instead of continuing to perfect it, Ubisoft just dropped it by ruining the series so they could join the RPG style that was becoming the fad 🙄

Personally AC1 was my favourite because I played it the most growing up. Altair was just a really cool dude and i loved his story. Consequently, seeing him in AC2 was great even just as a statue. The first three games AC1, AC2 and AC:B are my favourites, though tbh I put the seriea off for a very long time since these games released. I only just beat AC3 and I'm gonna play Black Flag soon.

Worst thing about syndicate is easily little miss snooty evie. She isn't a gang leader, she isn't going after templars, and she is 2 dimensional in comparison to Jacob who was 3 dimensional, flawed but learns from his mistakes, he is a gang leader, and he's a proper assassin who took down many templars, his story was also the first time we got a recreation of the original games narrative, with Jacob representing altier, Roth in place of the mentor, and the most major city districts of london, Southwark, City of London, and Westminster, all representing the original games three cities. With City of London, Jacob goes after templars controlling wealth, just like altier did in Damascus. With Westminster, Jacob is going after the political leaders, and the core of culture in England at the time, similar to how Altier went after templars using faith which was the main focus of culture during his time, in the city of Jerusalem. Finally Southwark, which was more different focusing on transport instead of war, as syndicate was set within a time and place that wasn't at war, however, while completely Jacob's story in Southwark, the district did mirror the blues and greys of Acre. AC syndicate was written by the two people who actually wrote for altier and ezio, but the pair of writers only actually wrote for Jacob, the present dat section, and created the core concepts of the game. Evie and her narrative were a later addition created and written larely by different people.

Only ac games I've played are Unity, Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, and that one on the psp, I think Valhalla was good, just not as a main Assassin's creed game, same goes for the other 2, I mean Odyssey doesn't even have a hidden blade.
