I have a delima I hope y'all could help me with. I have bad wrist but otherwise am in better than average health. The usual all standing videos by other channels often lack the intensity i want. Your videos offer the intensity but leave my wrist aching all day. Any chances you could make a video that could merge the intensity with the less weight bearing on the hands/wrist?

This isn’t intense, I was bored during the workout, I stopped and went doing something REALLY intense

Not really intense, more like static calisthenics. Was hard to get in HIIT target heart range doing the exercises as shown. I can see this as a great entry into this style of workout tho, for beginners.

It's a nice workout in my opinion but definately not intense and not a HIIT workout... rather a normal full body workout
