I've been reading and following this court case. I CANNOT get the picture of little Layla sitting with a smile on her little face and a cast on her leg, just cannot get this out of my mind. How can anyone hurt a child?? These poor girls were shipped.from family to family. I just feel so bad for them!!!

I thought this witness was very credible in her testimony today! Jennifer put on a facade with everyone she came in contact with! Such a sad case! 💔

Jennifer thought this girl would be a easy target to say Laila was injured at her house...omg how awful...and by the way if this mom happens to read this ....when your child gets hurt by another child you sit them down together and explain to both of them why we use our words not our hands ..we share our toys....we play nice together....then they apologize and move on ...it's called a teaching moment...

This was a great witness. She saw straight through Jennifer manipulative behavior. This is why i don't understand why people can't pick up on a person's demeanor. Most of the time its in tour face to see.

Loved the honesty of this witness very credible I think she took her truth oath seriously, seemed ver6 traumatic for her too.

I wish people would stop cutting down and being nasty about the whiteness and people testifying. I’m sure it was very difficult for them to have the bravery to be up on the stand! Jennifer obviously fooled many people, focus on that instead of being rude. Prayers for baby Laila and her family.

The fundraiser was at my grandsons school. It happens that his school does a fundraising golf tournament yearly. My father-in-law (the grandfather of this witness) had recently passed and he was huge into golf. It was his passion...he spent a lot of time on the course and made golf clubs, etc. and my grandsons last birthday before the great grandfather passed was a golf themed party. My father in law took my grandson to the golf course and they had photos made together on the course. My daughter, in this time of grief thought it would be something that would honor him & help the school so she worked to get sponsors and getting folks to register to play in the tournament. She worked so hard on the tournament. She understood that because the defendants had been already charged in this case, part of their requirements was to notify adults when they were around children. I’m not exactly sure of those details but when Jennifer began asking for Joseph to participate in the tournament, my daughter didn’t feel comfortable in having them involved with my grandsons school events. If Joseph wanted to participate without it being a thing where it was considered to be through friendship with my daughter, then he should go through the requirements made to him by the court. Keep in mind my daughter was mourning the loss of her grandfather and felt it would be best to not be distracted by anything and just wanted the fundraiser to be a success and be a something that would honor his memory.

Love this lady. Honest but still managed to make a comment about the facade. No wonder the Defence rested so quickly. I would hope that the Rosenbaum’s are no longer welcome at the church this witness attends.

I don't know why this defence attorney keeps trying to throw witness statements in their face of when they said Jen was a good mom. Like how many serial killers and abusers have been called "great" or "good"? They aren't gonna beat their children in public and treat them like crap for the world to see.

It seemed Jennifer was trying to "buy" her friends with gifts, seems this young woman saw thru the facade in this area. There is no sin in reaching out to someone, there is many wolves in sheep's clothing, sadly the church is no exception.

I go to this church and was at the same Elsa “At The Movies” series. I guess you never know who you could be sitting by. Such a sad, sad story. I want to know why jennifer was buying and giving away gifts to people she was not close to. She gave her movie theater tickets, massages, food gift cards , christmas presents, toys for her kids. Where did jennifer get all this money? Something is not right. She was handing out gifts like it was a gift give away to people she was not even close to. A massage alone would be a minimum of $75.00. How did Jenn afford all this? Was she maxing out credit cards? Was the money thing the reason why joseph was not allowed to have anything to do with the fundraiser? Something is way off on this. Either Jennifer was a shop a holic and used her credit cards or the money came from either windfall of money jenn got through a lawsuit won or through it being left to her in a will. Or she got that money illegally.

When children are hugging their foster parent, calling her "My Mommy", it doesn't mean that she actually *is* a loving, caring mom, Ms. Mull. Foster Children, who have been given from one foster home to the other, are clingy because they are afraid of being given up on again. Children, who have been or still are abused, are clingy, because they are hurt and scared, and trying to to appease their abuser and to get a bit comfort, even by the hands of their abuser. Because they don't have any power over this situation, no voice and nobody to turn to. But you wouldn't know that, or you know how to put no stress onto such aspects, because you seem to enjoy working for "the other side" (telling by the long list of child offenders, child molesters, rapists and other scum you proudly list on your page of acquittals). "Disciplining such young children within 5 minutes, making them behave like angels for the rest of the day" isn't proof for being an awesome mom, Ms. Hubbard, especially in an early foster situation. It's a clear hint that something is going on. Children who feel safe dare to step on someone's toes, dare to express themselves. Maybe Millie beating up your son was just what she experienced herself for misbehaving, so she thought it would be the right thing to do. But you wouldn't know, since you "gave them their space to handle the situation". Who knows what she would have said if you'd just sat down with the children together, doing the "we use words, not hands" speech.
