This challenging total body Pilates Mat class is a great general flow. No equipment/props needed, just grab a mat!
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Love this! Thank you! Pilates is always hard, but it doesn’t feel exhausting and straining to where you can’t do anything the rest of the day! Energized and thankful for you, Nicole!

wow, I was shaking the whole time! it's incredibile how a low impact can actually train as well as a high impact. it was great! thanks nicole!

This workout was so humbling, and a welcome change from my usual HIIT and running workouts. Definitely going to incorporate weekly pilates workouts into my rotation! Excited to come back to this and see improvements over time. :) Thanks for a great one!

Whoa! Was this workout tough! My glutes and abs were crying throughout and I could not hold the hip rotations for the whole duration. Thanks Nicole for this awesome workout!

Amazing! I love these surprise challenges. I think "I'm feeling a bit lazy, let's workout laying down" and I end up working harder than with some standing workouts!

WOW this was hard!! I'm pretty sure my neighbors could hear me talking to myself to get through this. I'll have to book mark it and try it again to see if it gets easier (I have a feeling it won't)

I thought this workout in 45 mins on weekend morning would be relax & sooth, but I was terribly wrong, my glutei and abs were one fire!!!
