I was engaged for a long time to my ex but never got married. Something in my gut told me not to. I was right as he started to devalue me when he found new supply in his friend’s sister. Been free now almost a year and healing thanks to videos like yours.

He gave me the ring three years ago…… from the way he proposed…. All 30 seconds of the moment I realized he had NO intention of following through….I later found out he is actually legally married to someone else

Get all the help you can!!! When I married a narcissist over 40 years ago, I was told I was crazy, stupid, lazy and went through 10 years of hell. The saving grace for me was he found someone else and made her life miserable for 20 years. He died 10 years ago at the age of 58. She and I oddly enough have become friends and have realized how similar our marriages were. It does not get better if you stay. Leaving works out better if the narcissist leaves you. I still had contact because of my son. My son has figured for himself why his father was so disengaged in his life. He has recognized some of the same traits he has to work on in his own life. Please consider not only you own future, but the future of your children if you have them.

New supply is BPD. He married her. They seem to be happy. What I understood is that it is a perfect match...NPD and BPD....Toxic as hell but apparantly stable enough to last for yeats.

@@cupcake0480 He is not prone to cheating....Lying and deceiving for the stupiest things yes....But cheating with another woman no... Apparantly there are narcs that don't cheat (cfr Sam Vaknin en some selfaware narcs).

Same thing here. My narcissists ex married his bipolar old supply after she tried to slit his throat and he tried to strangle her. Wow😮

His long term goal was control of me and my families money. After he managed to get his greedy hands on a lump sum then came extreme devalue then discard. And that's only a slice of the continuous mental abuse. Now he delaying the divorce every step of the way smh

Proud of you always Ben! I know all about Bipolar I think he has some narcissism and intermittent explosive disorder symptoms too, I have good stories about what they do, 22 years, separated now. He was right up there in many ways with the malignant narcissist I dated after him.

I got pinned against the fridge with him threatening to remove my teeth with pliers to mess up my pretty face moving furniture out, trapped by suicide before that too. Went to a malignant Narc that had a double life and robbed/lied/cheated. When thought I finally met a nice guy. Hubby bipolar mix tries manipulatively turning sons against me.

My Bipolar mix secluded me hated my friends & family, I went to much alone making excuses why he wasn’t there, some relationships are still not fixed.

It’s ignoring a determined and vindictive antagonist. Sometimes, that can be easy. But, most times…it is very difficult. It’s been set-up, to be made very difficult…by the controlling narcissist. Many factors have to be dealt with, and it all depends on how ‘entangled’ they have managed to become in your life. By sharing living space (mortgage)…daily living finances…parenting children together…having relocated to a different county (to accommodate ‘their’ visa or career)…being in business with them…it can be brutally difficult to disentangle from such control-obsessed individuals, once you realize what you are really dealing with. Nothing that simply ‘ignoring’ can’t come close to become free from. .
