trigger? really? meat eaters are not like vegans. As a meat eater you are strong and healthy so you dont care about health anymore :D (only you care because you are sick :) That is why you have makeup in every video to cover your deadly black eye circles)

Wow, non-nomads depleted the local animal population and had no choice but to increase plant consumption to an unspecified "substantial" level. Where do the researchers indicate that the studied population ate mostly plants?

I truly believe that people throughout history ate what was available. When you take into account the entire population, there's obviously going to be some outliers as well. In 5000 years, people will look back at us and say "Gee, these people ate mostly highly processed junk and look, we're here which means they survived!" (if we actually survive lmao) People should just eat _food_ end of story. Wanna go on some specific diet? More power to you. As long as you're not criticizing others for not eating the same diet as you or trying to force them to, meh. As Joey Swoll says, mind your own business. Note: junk "food" is not food. It's junk.

Hello. I tried vegetarianism Jan 1, 2004. By April 1, three months later , I knew I could be vegetarian the rest of my life . I realized it wasn’t as hard to do as I thought . But I made an unexpected serendipitous discovery . By April, in the height of pollen season, I realized that somehow I wasn’t having as much problem with the allergies I had been struggling with for the previous thirty years . I had been documented as having allergies to ten pollens , 8 molds and mildews and dust . By April 2004, , I had been taking allergy shots exactly 20 years ( since April 1984.j . By April , 2004 , three months after becoming vegetarian, I found out I did not need either my allergy shots anymore OR my loratadine anymore . Bam ! Just like that . My allergies totally disappeared . About five years ago I got allergy-tested and I have ZERO allergies . Not even one . I’m vegan now . A similar thing happened to actress Alicia Silverstone when she first became vegetarian. She told her allergist and he said “. I hear that from sometimes from people .” “ Why didn’t you tell me ?” she said to him. Good question . Meat hurts people in numerous ways ….and it doesn’t do much for the poor animals either 😢

I have just read a study done in Australia. Its main conclusions are. Vegetarians and vegans are no more at risk of iron deficiency than omnivores. Most vegetarians and vegans have no problem absorbing iron from plant food sources because absorption is boosted by the presence of naturally occurring vitamin C. The average omnivore gets 40% of their iron from cereals and only 20% from the meat they eat. The group of people most at risk of iron deficiency are obese omnivores on a restrictive diet.

This fits perfectly with my theory that people are whenever they have the opportunity.. a bit lazy. Way easier to eat the random plants about than spend ages hunting, with the added risk of getting gouged, bitten, trampled on etc etc But also going with that theory collecting shell fish, snails and other slow moving non-dangerous creatures was pretty popular too

She had over 4 million followers, of course the elite ie the people that enforce the world view/agenda most likely influenced her to do this, money talks and having a platform is not something they allow you to keep unless you are a "channel" for them pushing things that align with their agenda. Just saying. It's the classic tale.

Can we please stop using the phrase 'animal periods' to try and give people the ick when they think about eggs? Because periods aren't gross and making them seem gross comes across as misogynistic.

Hey Mic, wanted to drop by and let you know that your channel does have a real impact on people. I randomly came across this particular video a few days ago, and then started watching a few of your other videos. I really appreciate your dedication to truth telling, as well as your presentation style. Anyways, since watching this particular video and going down a few rabbit holes, you have turned my entire family as I have been joking "accidentally becoming vegan". Keep up the great work, I can't wait to learn more and more!

Carnivore for 4 years and have had no issues at all. I think the point to take away here is that every BODY is different. I was vegan for 2 years and became extremely sick (After watching Game Changers of course lol) For me personally I tend to do very well on only meat and eggs. My body does not do well on veggies unfortunately. With that said, I know vegans that thrive as well. The point to take away here is Eat what you want as long as you're thriving! It's that simple folks! No need for this ridiculous Vegan Vs. Carnivore war. Don't let people polarize your views.. for views.

Nature doesnt give a fuck about long term dude, plant base diets are good at that but that way of thinking is new, for most of our history food was not abundant so meat was a good source for keeping us alive and it served a porpuse, there is no "design" in nature, there are no blueprints.

I am not a proponent of the carnivore diet but I just don't understand why you care so much about what someone chooses to eat? Some societies ate plant based diets some societies ate meat based diets. People would eat whatever is at hand in an attempt to survive. There is no one perfect diet , people need to workout for themselves what makes them feel good. Capscums or peppers and tomatoes are two of my favourite foods but if I go nuts with them I get very bad joint pain. Don't get any immediate adverse side effects from meat but I would die of boredom just eating meat. I am just astounded at the hate that permeates the comments here.

I've been vegan for over 10 years and was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism while doing general blood tests. My condition is not too extreme yet so I hope it can be reversed but there's little info on how to. And there is little belief in standard medicine that it is possible to reverse. The idea that I'll have to take a pill for the rest of my life is depressing, I'm only 45.

This is exactly what is happening. Unfortunately, my dental health really had to take a hit and I needed to lose my period for a couple of months before I woke up. But better late than never. No, I'm not carnivore now, though going carnivore for a limited period of time might be a good option for those who have been so messed up by years of plant-based diets that they react to most other foods now. We're omnivores. Simple as that.

Funny. Eating only meat, leaving out all plants, cured my type 2 diabetes in two days. Reversed my cancer. Cured my arthritis. Cured my IBS, cured my asthma. And more. Also note: Cancer thrives when we eat a diet of carbohydrates. Cancer REQUIRES us to eat carbohydrates. Don’t eat carbs, cancer starves. My cancer shrank by 30% over three years. It regressed enough that it could be removed with cryotherapy instead of taking the entire kidney with it. Still cancer free after four years. Still eating just meat. So out with the idea that meat is a carcinogen. If you want to stop cancer from growing, stop eating carbohydrates. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. But there is no money to be made. No wonder its not talked about.

There was a study done on that with mice I think. The tumors shrank at first without carbs and then came back after a while and it was even worse than before.
@dr.robertjohnson6953
@dr.robertjohnson6953 6 сағат бұрын
@@vioheubach3112 because mice need carbs. The mice were fed again their normal diet. Which is a high carb diet. So yes, the cancer came back, because they were eating carbs. Mice are not people. Thats one of the differences. Mice are vegetarians. Not meat eaters. Any animal that eats a species inappropriate diet, will get sick and have problems. Just like humans. When humans try to be omnivore, or vegetarian, they get very sick eventually. And heal up very damn fast when you get rid of the wrong foods. I.e. carbohydrates

I'm a carnivore myself, hence the channel name, but I don't get political with it. You do what works for you and I'll do what works for me, and if I ever feel a need to add something other than meat to my diet, I will, I will be transparent about it, not that I need to explain it to anyone, but I would because my research is about helping people. So far, carnivore has been nothing but good to me, though only 5 months in. I'm doing what works for ME now and if it changes tomorrow, so be it.

Is it possible that your very own deficient diet has skewed your ability to perceive and process reality. And, that corporate and governmental financial interests and agendas only compound this tragedy?
