Well showing the gun and dumping the shells wasn’t bright. In real life he would be dead. His punches could be seen a mile away. The stab wound would have been disabling , either Fromm bleeding or possibly kidney damage. To start

Sheriff telegraphed his attacks so easily in the beginning they should have come from western Union.

They're making heroin/opium and the guy running the place is obsessed with martial arts, so he makes his guys dress appropriately.

Fantastic movie and the bus fight seen is one of the best fight seen in any movie for years. Only two words I can say is fantastic and brilliant. Well done to the directors.

I am old school I carry a roll of quarters in my purse to add weight and so I have options like reinforcing my punch by holding them. That’s along with the pepper spray. I used to work nights so I have many tricks.

For me, Blood and Bone was Michael Jai White's 'Enter The Dragon' (yep, love Bruce Lee too). This movie was peak Michael Jai White and his abilities. For such a heavily built guy, his movements are just so beautiful to watch. With some of Bruce Lee's favourite moves popping up here and there and the "O'Hara!" near the end very much a throwback to Enter The Dragon.

Thanks for the enthusiastic commentary mate. First watched the movie 36 yrs ago but it was great having someone describe the moves they are doing. Most interesting.

stunt in this scene uses a lot of freestyle wrestling and sambo throws ( perednyaya podnozkha , 2 suplexes , shoulder throw with submission and also there's double leg in cut content)

Mike was speaking Cantonese in this scene and surprisingly it wasn’t bad. It’s nowhere near perfect but at least it was understandable which is really damn impressive, canto is not an easy language to learn.

Bruce actually asked Chuck to put on some weight for this film. Chuck said he ate a lot of ice cream. That’s why he looks a bit doughy.

Dalam aksi ini , semuanya di perpanjang karena jika benar benar menggunakan gerakan silat asli akan berakhir hanya dalam beberapa menit. Karena kebanyakan gerakan silat untuk membunuh atau melumpuhkan.

Holding a nunchuck near the chain makes it easier to build momentum for it to spin. It’s also easier to control. But holding it at the end, at least in my experience makes the movement slower, but it feels a bit more practical since the speed is easier to gauge so you don’t hit yourself

you should ALWAYS watch fight scenes in wide screen, not this 3:4 tv ratio. that's not how jackie chan intended the camerawork to be. tons of details are missed.
