Great review! I've been printing on my Q1 for about 6 weeks now and the only issues printing have been when I messed up in the slicer. From my flawless first layer test on day one, through 1.5kg of filament, to my most recent prints I have been super happy with the whole Q1 experience. Coming from a Voxelab Aquila v1 my life has gotten much easier; no more levelling every other print or worrying about filament run-out or tangles. Even the spool holder, which I dislike, does its' job... badly, but it hasn't dropped a spool yet so I can't complain. As soon as I hook up the carbon filter unit I printed I'm going to try printing ASA and see how the heated build chamber operates.

Hello, I just discover your channel, the video is really interesting I wanted to know your opinion, we are beginning a startup project and we need a 3d printer, we want to take a bambu lab but we don't know which one choose, even with your video, we need to look to print gears etc, do you have any opinion about it ?

I haven't bought any 3d printer yet, and I was thinking that the A1 would be my first. After reading about 3d printing extensively though, I discovered that a lot of people have gotten respiratory problems by 3D printing stuff like PLA, because they have been breathing microplastics. Thus I decided that I will spend the extra money to get the P1s, and add to it a custom HEPA & Activated Charcoal filter.

I was so enthusiastic to buy this printer model. After a month of use all hell begun... After a blob of death everything went pear shaped. I've got the replacement print head no doubt, but the next one couple of days later... I was so angry, I've just throw it to the bin... No replacement from this company. Since the installation and re-levelling of the latest pre-assembled extruder kit I was not able to print a single usable piece. As the latest repeated fails, I've checked the bed temp and found that: it is all over the place and some parts even 10C degree lower than the set level. I wasted countless hours and countless filament reels with this junk of a printer. Not happy at all! Wouldn't ever buy another elegoo in any shape or form.

I definitely would like the .stl for your mod, I have a recording studio and use the Streamdeck XL for Logic Pro, Cubase Pro and Wavelab audio shortcuts... I already have an UPLIFT desk so "similar" set up and this would be VERY useful to me... Im still "new" to this 3D printing thing, and don't "yet" have Tinkered or Fusion 360, still learning with what's out there... I have a Bambu X1C, and have been a subscriber for just a few month's.... but yeah, to reiterate, I could really use the "modded file." Thanks !!!

Great video. Will have to pick up a spool of polymaker pro. And answer to your question; Is Yes. But having it slide in and out under the table. Allowing you to have access to it at will. If it can pop up to desk level high, with a quick release to drop under the desk look. That would be sweet.
