Do you know if the VS1000 will have the sunrise sunset capability is paired with a controller? I feel like that would be less of a shock to plants then snapping on suddenly

For the love of god, if your starting out on home assistant, and if you watch this and think that you can just go spend $1000 on everything and just transfer the code over…….. yea fucking right. 5 weeks later and I’m fucking done.

@LEDGardener I'm not sure if you're still working on this sort of project but I have a quick question. With ESPHome within Home Assistant, how are you getting the esp32 code that you wrote to the controller. This may be a case of updated versions but when I load home and start/bind the esp32 to my instance of Home Assistant I'm unable to add custom code. For example the Adafruit SeeSaw for their moisture sensor. The code is easy enough but getting it over to the esp32 after binding it to HA is boggling my mind and I've been searching this internet to figure it out and drawing a blank. HALP?!?

What a joke home assist is all totally different. I wish I watched this 3 years ago. Seems like this is the rapidly evolving system that will never stay the same for long…….. that doesn’t sound like it’s going to be a waste of time or anything

I have 1CC Board on a ELG 150-42A and need to dim it ... this powersupply has mixed mode and 2 potentiometers to adjust ... so i need the boards to run in CC mode. Do i just adjust Iout or do i need to check after adjusting Iout that my Voltage meets the requirement of my LEDs and adjust Vout too after that ? Im so confused of that mix mode in CC mode

this looks absolutely incredible! I ran a grow facility for about eight years and did everything more or less manually. I didn’t even dream of doing something like this, but I’m really surprised cause this is exactly what I do in my house. Anyway, if I ever start growing again believe me I’ll be looking at your stuff. This looks really really cool. Good job man really awesome!

dude, appreciate your vid big time. Just the 1st few minutes of opening. There's nothing worse than humming and hawing when it comes to purchasing something online, in a territory foreign to me, not sure what I will be getting. Up until now, I really had no idea on how big the lights are. I know led's are more powerful than hps/halide, but it's still nice to get a physical perspective of the size of the equipment, with you in the background. and the quality. thanks . appreciate it.
