Hello, thank you, yes we are well. No, they didn’t finish. One of them got very sick as well and we missed the deadline. Conflict of schedules after that. Happens. But they are coming back very soon. I might have a video but it’s mostly about other things around here and not renovating…so I am debating whether I should upload it or not. I know most people like renovations strictly.

Reading up online abt condensation droplets, they suggest cross ventilation by open a window downstairs and upstairs to encourage airflow. Also some discussion on a dehumidifier as a temporary solution and also insulation. Not sure if this is your problem without other details. Wondering if cement render or lime on walls as lime absorbs water as far as I understand it. And if paint is lead based or lime based. But I’m no expert. I just watch a lot of renovation programs! All the best.

A chronological order playlist encourages new viewers to watch all your videos from the beginning…. Just suggesting 😊

I think the food in France is far healthier and nutritious because much of it is grown (and sold!) regionally, without pesticides or herbicides (like glyphosate aka RoundUp) and the farmers as well as French people in general pride themselves on the quality of their food. (Also, I think the government keeps the costs down?) If one avoids snacking all the time (ie don’t eat constantly from the time one gets up until one goes to bed) then you keep your blood sugar (glucose) levels normal. Healthy proteins, healthy full fats, and naturally fermented food (like all the delicious French cheeses) and complex carbs eaten in moderation do not cause weight gain. Weight gain is caused by eating too many super sugary and processed foods too often throughout the day. Insulin resistance caused by eating too much sugar and processed junk throughout the day is really why many Americans are overweight. French people’s lifestyles and eating habits keep their insulin levels in check! 😊 The number of baguettes on offer in the grocery store is amazing, but so too is the variety of cheeses and yogurt sold! When I visited a big grocery store in a Paris suburb, I’ll never forget there was a whole long aisle solely dedicated to different yogurts! Heaven! 😋
